  • $84,462,442 in closed sales volume

  • 256.5 closed transaction sides

Her closed sales volume exceeded the second-ranked eligible agent by $51,081,330 — approximately 153% more sales volume, or about 2.5 times the volume, of the next eligible agent during the same 12-month period.

She also recorded more than twice as many closed sides as the next-highest eligible agent by transaction count.

Why This Report Includes a Trailing 12-Month Ranking

Monthly results provide a timely snapshot, but closings can fluctuate substantially from one month to the next. The trailing 12-month view provides a more stable measure of sustained production, and because it always spans a full year no matter when it is calculated, it avoids the distortion created when calendar-year-to-date totals reset to zero every January.

The two rankings answer different questions: the monthly table shows current momentum, while the trailing 12-month table provides longer-term context.

How These Rankings Were Produced

Northwest Louisiana Residential Real Estate Intel ranks agents primarily by closed residential sales volume rather than transaction sides alone. Transaction counts provide valuable information, but not every closed side represents the same type or value of transaction. During periods of elevated distressed-property activity, for example, bank-owned, repossessed, HUD-held, or institutionally owned properties can generate substantial transaction counts at price points below the broader owner-occupied resale market.

Those transactions represent legitimate experience within a specialized segment. However, transaction count alone may not provide the most representative comparison for typical residential buyers and homeowners seeking traditional brokerage services.

Sales volume has its own limitation: a small number of unusually high-priced transactions can materially affect an agent’s rank in any single period. For that reason, closed sides, listing sides, and buyer sides are published alongside volume so readers can evaluate transaction activity and market value together.

Geographic coverage: eligible residential transactions in Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Sabine, and Webster parishes. Transactions outside these nine parishes, including transactions in Texas markets, are excluded from the analysis.

Eligibility: agents must provide traditional residential brokerage services to the general public, including the ability to accept and market residential resale listings. Representatives whose production primarily consists of company-owned inventory for a production builder, developer, or affiliated sales organization are excluded, as are bulk contract dispositions. These standards are applied before ranking, consistently to every agent in the underlying data, including Tammi Montgomery.

Data source: The underlying real estate information is provided by the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, commonly referred to as NWLAR, and NTREIS. The data is compiled through BrokerMetrics, an independent third-party real estate analytics platform operated by Terradatum. The resulting BrokerMetrics report is analyzed with the assistance of artificial intelligence using the published methodology, with human review. Underlying MLS production totals are not altered.

What These Rankings Do and Do Not Mean

These rankings measure residential production during the periods stated. They do not attempt to declare which agent is objectively best for every buyer or seller. Consumers should also weigh neighborhood and price-range experience, verified client reviews, communication style, marketing resources, negotiation experience, transaction-management support, and personal fit.

MLS information may occasionally change because of corrected transactions, reporting updates, brokerage changes, or revisions to individual agent records. This briefing reflects the information available through BrokerMetrics when the data was collected on August 3, 2026. Figures are not restated using later data.
