Property search and IDX features
Our home-search experience is powered by Showcase IDX, a third-party service that displays real estate listings from the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). If you create an account, save searches, or favorite properties, Showcase IDX collects and processes that information on our behalf, including your email address, search activity, and property preferences, so we can respond to your interests and provide listing alerts you request. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and serve clients, including: Showcase IDX (property search and lead management), Google Analytics (site usage analytics), Meta/Facebook (advertising measurement), our website hosting provider, and email or CRM tools we use to respond to inquiries.
